If you’d told me in 2021 that yoga would become my non-negotiable, I’d have laughed — mainly because my body was falling apart: two frozen shoulders, ankle surgery, and a back that liked to keep things interesting.

Then came Niki. Somehow, she’s kept me moving, improving, and laughing through all of it. Her classes aren’t about being perfect or super flexible; they’re about understanding your body, working with where you are, and finding a way forward. There’s always an alternative, always an option, and no one is made to feel they don’t belong.

The private sessions have been a game changer too. Niki has helped me realign, strengthen, and rebuild my body in a way that genuinely lasts. That matters hugely because staying active with my horse and keeping up with a high-drive sport dog is a massive part of my life — and her work has enabled me to keep doing both.

What I love most is that she truly understands bodies: how they work, how they break, and how to build them back up again without ego or pressure. That, and the fact we laugh a lot along the way.

If you want a yoga teacher who meets you where you are, keeps it real, and quietly works wonders behind the scenes, Niki is absolutely brilliant.
